Terms

Plain terms for using Cutpeek.

Who you're dealing with

Cutpeek is run by ALGD LTD, registered in Northern Ireland (NI744090). Email [email protected].

Your designs

Only convert designs you own or have the right to use in other software. Designs bought from a store are usually licensed rather than sold, and the licence may limit converting or sharing them. Cutpeek never sees your files, so this is your responsibility. Cutpeek does not unlock protected files.

What the tool does and doesn't promise

The .studio3 format isn't published by Silhouette, nor the .fcm format by Brother; Cutpeek reads them from reverse-engineered notes and its own testing. It has been tested on real files, but not on every kind of design, and Silhouette can change the format. Check a converted file before cutting anything that matters, starting with the size of one known shape.

The unlock

The unlock is a one-time payment of £6 for DXF export and batch conversion. It applies to the browser you use it in; returning to the link from your purchase unlocks another. Your rights under UK consumer law aren't affected by these terms.

Liability

We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise the free tools are provided as they are, and we aren't liable for spoiled material or machine time.
